AFP is reporting that two TFG soldiers were killed by what appears to be a grenade blast in Bakara Market during efforts to demolish unauthorized buildings. In Karan, a bomb placed in a spot frequented by military killed four soldiers and one civilian. On May 1st al Shabaab claimed responsibility for the murder of eight people by using a suicide bomber in a USAID renovated theater.
