"I used to own a hotel called the Jamhuriye, but al-Shabaab looted and destroyed the place. They stole everything. Now I work for the Ministry of Finance and run the K7 camp for internally displaced people which exists to aid drought victims and families who have fled from al-Shabaab controlled areas. The hardest part here is getting ready for the rainy season because there is not enough shelter." Medina Ali Tohow, 42.
